This is a two-part article. Read both parts before passing judgement.

 

Genetics affect us to an incredible degree.  Each day we wake up and our genetics are still there, subtly affecting almost every aspect of our lives.

Some people have incredible genetics.  Others may not.

Having great genetics correlates highly with success no matter what path you take.  Genetics can control your success.

Some of the differences in genetics from one person to another might be so miniscule, they might seem so small.  But lo and behold, in 10 years the person with better genetics will be extremely “successful” in their endeavors, while the other is not.

Why do such small changes in genetics affect our lives so much?

Over time, these small differences in genetics will continue to add up, resulting in extremely large changes within our lives.

One of the first steps towards realizing your potential for success is taking a step back and looking at your genetics and how they are either working for you or working against you.

You are where you are because of your genetics.  They completely shape who you become, not only physically, but mentally as well.

  • Your genetics have made you unsuccessful.
  • Your genetics have made you unhealthy and overweight
  • Your genetics have influenced your income.

Anyone who thinks that their success can be built without factoring in their genetics is completely mistaken.

I recently had a discussion with a very overweight individual who mentioned that she was only overweight because of the bad genetics her parents had given her.  While I don’t fully believe in passing blame on to others… I couldn’t help but think what her health would be like now if her parents had passed on better genetics.  This is incredibly unfortunate.

As you might have noticed, the two articles are nearly identical. The only difference is exchanging the word genetics for habits.

It’s a simple yet life-changing switch on perspective. It’s easy to blame genetics because we can’t control them, and if we can’t control them then our life circumstances obviously aren’t our fault, right? This is an easy but dangerous perspective to fall into, and is often called the Victim Mindset.

While genetics do play an incredibly important role in who we become, they are not the end-all-be-all.

Your habits have a far greater influence on the course of your life. The beauty of this?  You CAN alter your habits… and your habits can alter your life.

Shifting my mindset towards positively altering habits rather than blaming genetics has been one of the most beneficial perspective shifts I’ve had. It’s also been incredibly empowering, as I now have the perspective of control over how my life will turn out.

I control my fate. That’s powerful.

    (پلیس به دلیل نیروی نامرئی قادر به ورود به این عمارت نیست) این گروه تلاش می‌کند راهی
    برای ترک زندان عجیب‌وغریب خود بیابد.
    از همان سکانس آغازینش از پا، تا تصویر ذهنی فرانسیسکو
    از کلیسایی که همه به او می‌خندند، «ال» یک شاهکار
    در بین فیلم‌های سایکوسکچوال است.
    این فیلم به طرز درخشانی مفاهیم بحران‌های مرد و پارانویا را به تصویر می‌کشد؛ مردی را نشان می‌دهد که در وسواس‌های هذیان خود گم شده است.
    ژاک لاکان «ال» را در سخنرانی‌های معروف خود
    گنجانید و از این فیلم به عنوان ابزاری برای
    توضیح ایده‌های نظری خود استفاده کرد.
    فیلم براساس اصول ژانری بازی می‌کند و پرتره‌ای از تمدن “وارونه” خلق می‌کند که در طول زمان از دست رفته است.
    در یک نقطه، بونوئل حتی با فیلم‌برداری از یک بز خارج از کوه، پا را فراتر
    از مرزهای یک مستند وفادار
    می‌گذارد و با نمایش این صحنه “اثبات”
    می‌کند که این منطقه کوهستانی خطرناک است.

    لوئیس بونوئلمتولد اسپانیا بود، اما بیشتر دوران فعالیت حرفه‌ای‌اش را در تبعید گذراند.
    با بررسی آثار او درمی‌یابیم که وی خالق محدوده وسیعی از فیلم‌های کوتاه سورئال (فراواقع‌گرا) پاریسی گرفته تا فیلم‌های
    بلند سایکوسکچوال (روانی- جنسی)
    مکزیکی (و هرچیزی در این بین) بوده است.
    فیلم‌های او اغلب به نهادها (دین، جامعه،
    فرهنگ بورژوایی) حمله می‌کردند و زبان روایی را بازسازی می‌کردند (اغلب به ضرر استمرار مکان‌مند/ دنیوی).
    کارگردانی و سبک بونوئل از خوانش‌های محدود و متناهی دوری می‌کند و منجر به خلق یک کالت برای پیروان وفادارش می‌شود؛ کسانی که تلاش می‌کردند معنی این جعبه سرزنده را در«زیبای روز» Belle
    de Jourبفهمند. برخی کارشناسان
    ضربه های عاطفی در دوران
    کودکی مانند مورد سوءاستفاده جنسی قرار گرفتن را
    مقصر می دانند. برخی دیگر معتقدند این اشیاء

    این تخیلات یا رفتارها ممکن است در اشکال بسیار خفیفی وجود داشته
    باشند و باعث اختلال کارکرد
    فرد و مانع ایجاد روابط سالم
    فرد با دیگران نشوند و به فرد یا دیگران آسیب نرسانند و به پیگرد
    قانونی نینجامند.
    دیری نمی‌پاید که او درصدد به انجام رساندن روش‌های “شرورانه” خود می‌شود و تبدیل به هدف محبت مردان خانواده
    می‌گردد. اغلب پارافیلی ها نادر هستند و در میان مردان بیش از
    زنان شیوع دارند (حدود ۲۰ به ۱) اما دلیل این تفاوت میان
    زنان و مردان مشخص نیست.
    با اینکه در بسیاری از این اختلالات، رفتارهای پرخاشگرانه و تهاجمی دیده می شود، در
    مواردی هم تهاجمی یا آسیب رسان به دیگران نیستند.

    اختلال فتیش یعنی تحریک‌شدن
    با بخش‌هایی از بدن و یا اشیایی که به صورت معمول تحریک‌کننده به حساب نمی‌آیند.
    البته اختلال فتیش شامل بخش‌هایی
    دیگر از بدن مثل موها و اشیایی مثل لباس‌ و کفش نیز می‌شود.

    فیلم در یک سبک اسپرپنتو پی‌ریزی شده است و یک گروتسک معوج
    از کاراکترها و وقایع را به منظور نقد انجمن‌های
    اجتماعی ارائه می‌دهد. بونوئل همچنین اظهار داشته
    ‌است که مریم باکره (با بازی ادیت اسکوب) یکی از معدود کاراکترهایی
    است که قادر به فرار از انتقاد اجتماعی/ مذهبی بونوئل
    به خاطر خلوص و آرامشش بوده است.
